Oil & Drilling Hyper Inventory

Converting Surplus Assets into Working Capital (Hyper Oil & Drilling Inventory Project)

Project Objectives

  • Unlocking idle capital and converting it into active economic value
  • Preventing depreciation and quality deterioration of stored goods
  • Reducing inventory management and storage costs
  • Creating new revenue-generating opportunities for OIEC
  • Supplying part of the requirements of the country’s oil, gas, and energy projects

The “Oil & Drilling Hyper Inventory” Project by Kavan Energy has been defined with the objective of identifying, organizing, and converting OIEC’s idle and surplus inventory into working capital. This initiative focuses on optimizing the utilization of existing resources, preventing value depreciation of stored goods, reducing maintenance and storage costs, and creating new economic value through participation in the oil and energy equipment supply market.

Within the framework of this project, identified surplus inventories stored in the warehouses of Asalouyeh, Isfahan, and Kish, including industrial valves, fittings, flanges, and various types of pipes, will be inspected, evaluated, and managed.

By leveraging its commercial infrastructure, specialized knowledge, and operational capabilities, Kavan Energy will undertake the processes of collecting comprehensive product data, accessing inventory management systems, conducting physical verification of items, updating inventory records, and preparing goods for participation in tenders and national projects within the oil and energy sectors.

Project Status

The project is currently in the stage of review, information organization, item evaluation, and planning for the transfer and commercial utilization of surplus inventories.
