Kavan Energy Qeshm Oil Industries Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 2022 in the Qeshm Free Zone, with investment from Oil Industries Engineering and Construction Company as its principal shareholder. The company was founded with the objective of expanding manufacturing and commercial activities, investing in industrial projects, and developing new infrastructure for the production of value-added products.

Kavan Energy’s scope of activities extends from investment and participation in industrial projects to the construction, commissioning, and operation of production facilities. Its defined business areas also include commercial activities, domestic and international trade, the import and export of raw materials, equipment and machinery, contracting services, and participation in the development of manufacturing, industrial, and service projects.

In carrying out its activities, Kavan Energy follows an integrated service chain encompassing design, engineering, construction, execution, commissioning, production, and operation. The development and establishment of manufacturing and industrial plants represent one of the company’s core areas of expertise. The management team’s experience in international transactions, together with a strong emphasis on Research and Development (R&D), also constitutes an important part of the company’s capabilities.

One of Kavan Energy’s most significant development initiatives is the Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR) Production Project on Qeshm Island. The project has been defined with the aim of meeting part of the domestic market demand, developing polymer-based products, and creating opportunities for expansion into export markets.
