Ahdaf Investment Company
Ahdaf Investment Group was established on 19 Bahman 1379 and was registered with the Tehran Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions Registration Office for an unlimited duration. Currently, OIEC operates as a public joint-stock company and is considered one of the subsidiaries of Ahdaf Investment Company (Public Joint Stock). The ultimate parent entity of the Group is the Oil Industry Employees’ Pension Fund.
The Company’s principal activities, as stipulated in the approved Articles of Association, are as follows:
Investment in shares, partnership interests, investment fund units, or other securities in the following areas:
- Contracting and investment in the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries
- General commercial activities, with particular focus on products related to the oil, gas, refining, and petrochemical industries
- Investment in mining, mineral industries, and metallic and non-metallic minerals
- Contracting and investment in the real estate and property sectors
- Other legally permitted fields of activity
